We live in a world that is simultaneously better than it has ever been, but also more complex, precarious and otherwise difficult. So, we stand at a historical crossroad:
How can we continue to build upon the successes we have forged together and expand the reach of human dignity to all people from all walks of life, while heading off the dark clouds on the horizon that threaten not only further progress but also societal gains we have made to date?
It is this critical question that inspired the creation of Our Better Selves, and it is why we need change agents more than ever.

We bring a carefully curated group of people together for our community based on these principles. In doing so, we support change agents to be their better selves, and make the world a better place. We catch them when they fall, celebrate them in their success, and otherwise make sure we are there for each other every step of the way. Our approach inextricably links their flourishing with the flourishing of the world around us. Our undivided attention is on constantly supporting change agents to be better to realize our vision and mission.
It is not enough anymore to operate merely as a lone wolf. The mythology around the lone wolf and overnight success overlooks the village that helped people succeed. Equally though, we are bringing together individuals who deeply care about these principles, and bring their own talents, temperaments and convictions to the table. Together, the magic happens.
